Summary
High barrier PVDC multilayer coextruded film. Regarding the production process of plastic films, there are various methods such as extrusion blow molding, extrusion casting, organic solvent casting, injection molding, etc. Among these processes, plastic films produced by extrusion casting have balanced transverse and longitudinal properties, no thermal stress, and excellent heat sealability, making them suitable for heat sealing. However, extrusion casting equipment requires high investment, limiting its utilization rate. The widely used heat seal films are produced by extrusion blow molding. It should be noted that the draw ratio and traction ratio during extrusion blow molding should be relatively small and balanced to avoid excessive molecular orientation caused by high draw or traction ratios, which leads to oriented crystallization and loss of heat sealability. Food grade PVDC multilayer coextruded film.

PVDC multilayer coextruded film. When producing polypropylene heat seal films with good temperature resistance, the downward cooling water extrusion blow molding method should be used to ensure excellent heat sealability and transparency of the PP film. Organic solvent casting can use many organic solvents but is costly, with large solvent recovery equipment, high investment, and consumption, so it is rarely used except for producing thin, high-performance electronic packaging films. Injection molding is only used for PVC plastic films and plastic sheets; for polyolefin plastics with good melt flow, it is only applicable when the inorganic filler content is very high. High barrier PVDC multilayer coextruded film.
Barrier plastic films have the following key property requirements:
(1) PVDC multilayer coextruded film. The starting and ending heat seal temperatures should be low to meet the application requirements of high-speed automatic packaging machines;
(2) Food grade PVDC multilayer coextruded film. Heat seal plastic films need to have excellent low-temperature resistance;
(3) Heat seal tensile strength should be high;
(4) High barrier PVDC multilayer coextruded film. Hot tensile strength should be high, meaning the hot separation distance should be small. In other words, during heat sealing, due to mechanical tensile forces, the portion already heat sealed should not be easily peeled off;

(5) Should have excellent contaminant heat sealability, meaning the heat seal surface maintains good heat seal strength even when contaminated by oil or dust;
(6) Food grade PVDC multilayer coextruded film. The noise friction resistance should be between 0.2 and 0.4 to facilitate adequate filling of powders and viscous liquids;
(7) Should have excellent tear resistance. For more information, please visit PVDC multilayer coextruded film manufacturers.
