Provide free samples according to customer requirements;

Quotation: Provide a quotation sheet based on raw material costs, process difficulty, order quantity, etc. (including unit price, delivery time, payment method, etc.); sign the contract.

Production and Quality Control

Arrange production plan after order confirmation, notify customer of estimated completion time. Arrange production; quality inspection.

Logistics and Delivery

Logistics arrangement: factory delivery or customer-designated logistics, provide freight tracking number.

Arrival Acceptance: Customer confirms quantity and quality upon receipt.

After-sales Service

Complaint Handling: Provide return, exchange, or compensation solutions if there are quality issues.
