Summary
Skin film manufacturer. As a member in the packaging field, high barrier food packaging materials purchasing skin film are commonly used in leisure food packaging materials, tea egg packaging, yogurt packaging, and other products. This product can maintain the color, aroma, and tenderness of the food, has excellent close-fitting packaging sealing, good three-dimensional packaging display, and vacuum packaging bags also have the dual effects of refrigeration and quality assurance. Naturally, these effects are all based on the premise of high film clarity. So, what are the reasons affecting film clarity?

Reasons affecting the clarity of high barrier food packaging materials purchasing skin film:
1. Sheet material reasons
Skin film manufacturer. Low interfacial tension adhesive has insufficient wettability, causing uneven glue after drying, spot by spot, also known as "rough face film."
2. Poor adhesive selection
Skin film manufacturer. The adhesive itself has a dark color or poor fluidity and poor spreading ability, which cannot be fully spread on the base film. Generally speaking, the higher the solid content of the main agent, the better the fluidity, which is beneficial for spreading on the film. Therefore, currently in the market, 75% glue is much clearer than 50% glue, and 50% is better than 40%. For composite bags with very high clarity requirements, both 50% and 40% glue are difficult to meet the requirements.
3. Problems in processing technology
1. Food skin film. The curing oven channel temperature is too high or there is no temperature field. When the channel temperature is too high, drying is too fast, causing the organic solvent on the surface of the glue layer to evaporate quickly, forming a film on the surface. Then, when the heat penetrates deep into the glue layer, the organic solvent under the film vaporizes, breaking the glue to form ring-shaped patterns like volcanic vents, circle by circle, also making the adhesive not transparent.

2. Defects in composite rubber rollers or scrapers, with some points not pressed, causing gaps and lack of transparency.
3. Food skin film. Excessive floating dust in the environment quality, dust in the warm air blown into the curing oven after coating. Sticking on the adhesive surface, trapped between two base films during lamination, causing many small spots and lack of transparency. Solution: The air inlet can use a high mesh filter to remove floating dust from the warm air.
4. Insufficient upper mold pressure, causing blanks and small air bubbles in the seams, resulting in spots or lack of transparency. Please check the upper mold pressure to ensure it is sufficient and uniform. Purchasing skin film.
5. No glue spreading roller or the glue spreading roller was not properly cleaned before restarting production, thus affecting the clarity of the food skin film. Purchasing skin film.
