However, the drawback is the direct use of polyethylene as the heat-sealing layer. When these composite films are heat-sealed together, the adhesion between the polyethylene heat-sealing layers is too strong, making it impossible to peel them apart; they can only be torn open, which is inconvenient to use and makes the peel strength difficult to control. When the surface is exposed, issues such as fibrillation, burrs, and roughness easily occur, causing the heat-sealing layer material of the packaging film to fall into or be absorbed by the packaging material, which negatively affects the consumer's product experience.

To achieve the above objectives, this technical solution is to design an easy peel film for packaging, including a base layer and a heat sealing layer, which are laminated together by a polyurethane adhesive layer; the heat sealing layer is a three-layer co-extruded polyethylene film, including an outer layer in contact with the base layer, a middle layer, and an inner layer; the inner layer is composed of a mixture of low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, silicon material, and lubricant.
