Summary
During the transportation of moisture-sensitive components, if moisture in the air penetrates the plastic packaging of the components, the moisture will further enter the chip, pins, and leads surrounding the component. When moisture-containing components are placed on a PCB and the pins and printed leads are soldered onto the PCB using a wave soldering furnace, the instantaneous heat causes the moisture to rapidly escape from the component's plastic encapsulation. These rapidly escaping water vapors can cause the plastic packaging to rupture, similar to popcorn popping. In existing technology, moisture-sensitive components are placed in moisture-proof bags to protect them. There are two types of moisture-proof bags: resealable bags and tear-open bags. Since the tear-open bags need to be torn open during use, they cannot be reused. The resealing is achieved by the interference fit between the male and female engagement parts set on both sides of the bag opening to open and close the bag. Currently, a resealable packaging zipper bag controls the separation and interference fit of the male and female engagement parts by setting a slider at the bag opening, making it easy to operate. This slider is also used in moisture-proof bags, but the slider tends to slide easily, resulting in poor sealing performance of the bag opening, which needs improvement.

Technicians provide a moisture-proof bag that can restrict the slider's movement when the bag opening is closed, thereby enhancing the sealing performance of the bag opening. This moisture-proof bag is realized by the following technical solution: a moisture-proof bag including a bag body, with male and female engagement parts on both sides of the bag opening that interfere with each other; sliders that can slide along the male and female engagement parts on both sides of the bag opening; one end of the bag opening is the starting end for sliding the slider; the other end is the terminal end for sliding the slider; the bag body's edge line has a notch; the two ends of the slider are connected, and the notch does not communicate with the inside of the bag body. When the slider slides from the starting end to the terminal end, the limit line can just snap into the gap and is in a straightened state. Therefore, when the slider slides toward the starting end, the limit line is in a tensioned state, restricting the slider's movement and enhancing the sealing performance of the bag opening. Both sides of the slider are fixedly connected to lifting cords, with the end of the lifting cords away from the slider fixedly connected to the starting end. When the slider slides to the terminal end, the distance between the two ends of the lifting cords is long. The setting of the carrying cords allows people to hold the bag body by carrying the cords, making operation simple and convenient. A paper sheet is riveted to the outside side of the bag body, and the lifting cords are wound around the rivet. When the lifting cords are wound around the rivet, they are just in a straightened state, preventing the cords from hanging freely. The line between the rivet and the terminal end is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slider. When the carrying cords are wound around the rivet, the pulling cords are in a straightened state. Therefore, when the slider slides toward the starting end, the pulling cords are stretched, which restricts the slider's movement and enhances the sealing performance of the bag opening. Two lifting cords are provided, and the paper sheet is riveted to the outside sides of both sides of the bag body, with the two lifting cords respectively wound around the rivets on both sides of the bag body. If only a single carrying cord is provided, the bag body is generally made of soft material and easily bends. However, once the bag body bends, the slider loses the restriction of the limit line and cords, sliding to the starting end, causing the bag opening to lose its seal. But by winding two lifting cords on the rivets on both sides of the bag body, bending of the bag body to either side can be suppressed, further preventing the slider from sliding to the starting end and enhancing the sealing performance of the bag opening.
In summary, the above moisture-proof bag has the following advantages: 1. The setting of the limit line on the moisture-proof bag can snap into the notch, restricting the slider to the starting end, and on the other hand, it facilitates people to act on the limit line to drive the slider to slide; 2. The slider's sliding is restricted by the limit line and pulling cords, enhancing the sealing performance of the bag opening, giving the moisture-proof bag excellent moisture-proof effects.
